1Rx quick reference — driver mobile app (iPhone and Android)

Sign-in and install

Email + password (Login on iPhone, Sign in on Android): the app finds your pharmacy by itself. After that — iPhone: Sign in with Face ID; Android: Quick login with a PIN (or fingerprint).
Install — iPhone: 1Rx Driver on the App Store (aide.1rx.ca/app/ios/en/). Android: direct download at aide.1rx.ca/app/android/en/ (outside the Play Store).

Deliveries tab → To take section: bag by bag (Take button on Android, raised-hand icon on iPhone), or Take all (n).
iPhone: Driver tab → Assigned: Take charge of my deliveries. Android: assigned deliveries already appear in To take. The app reminds you about cooler bags.
Before you drive off: I'm leaving — notify patients = “your delivery is on its way” SMS with the estimated arrival time, to every patient on the route.

Actions (Delivered, Defer, Transfer) are done in the Driver tab.

Address	Tap the address (iPhone) or Open GPS (Android) — Maps (iPhone), Google Maps or Waze; your choice is remembered.
Phone number	Tap the number = Call the patient.
Delivered	Proof required? Proof of delivery screen (signature and/or photo). Cash due? Pre-filled Amount received (partial payment allowed). 6 seconds to Cancel.
Defer	Client absent, no answer...: the stop moves to the end of the route (not a return!). Resume puts it back.
Transfer	More actions menu: hand the stop to a colleague, or Return to the pharmacy (back to the counter, Ready status).

Driving Mode button at the top of the Driver tab: NEXT STOP + 4 big buttons DELIVERED / DEFER / CALL / GPS; day/night mode.
Authorized drop-off: the app shows the agreed location (Authorized drop-off: {location}) — a photo is required.

Driver tab → Drawer view: To return to the pharmacy total by payment method; tap an amount to correct it (partial payment). The payment method cannot be changed in the app.
End of route: Close my drawer and remit → actual cash/card + notes → Confirm. Final validation happens at the pharmacy (Reports).

With no network, everything keeps working: your actions are sent automatically when the network returns (red “Offline” banner + pending counter).
iPhone: pull down to refresh. Android: automatic sync. A new stop added mid-route shows up on its own, with a notification.

My route doesn't show up	iPhone: pull down. Android: wait for the sync (30 s). Otherwise, check with the pharmacy that the route is assigned to you.
Tapped Delivered by mistake	Cancel within 6 seconds. Too late? Tell the pharmacy: they can put the delivery back in the queue.
Client absent	Defer (not Return): you will come back at the end of the route. Definitive return = Transfer → Return to the pharmacy.
Unsynced actions	“Unsynced” (iPhone) or “blocked” (Android) banner: Retry; as a last resort Discard (restores the server data).
Anything else	Your pharmacy, or aide.1rx.ca/en/.
