Accounts and roles (Settings → Users)

Add: name, email, User type, password (8 characters min). Roles: Admin (full access), Pharmacy Staff (deliveries and clients), Driver (their own deliveries), Accountant (reports and billing).
Employee leaving: Deactivate (reversible), not Delete — history blocks deletion. The last active admin cannot be deactivated.

Create time ranges first (Morning, Afternoon...), then the Box 1..n boxes (max 4) with their ranges and the Departure time. The lab places deliveries in the boxes (automatic morning split).
The first driver to log in in the morning (web or mobile app) automatically takes the free box and inherits its deliveries; boxes reset every day.
Drivers and boxes board at the top of Deliveries: connected, delivered X/Y, amount to collect; click a pill to filter the list.

No button: full route optimization once a day (first morning session), then continuous insertion of new deliveries.
In the morning, “afternoon only” deliveries wait until the afternoon — by design. Manual catch-up: Selection → check rows → Assign.

Test mode available: while checked, every SMS goes to the test number, not to patients.
I'm leaving (driver): SMS to every subscribed client with an arrival window of at most 40 minutes (never in the past), in the patient's language.
Send conditions: client consent + SMS box on the number + no STOP reply. The departure SMS is never sent twice for the same delivery.

Settings → Pharmacy → Estimates & Weather: enable arrival time estimates, weather, and real-time traffic (TomTom) — on by default.
Est. arrival column in Deliveries; red alert when the estimated arrival is past the window promised to the patient.

Configure once: Settings → Reconciliation (cash, card, tips, report granularity, discrepancy threshold, attestation).
Every day: Reports → enter the counted amounts → Reconcile. Difference beyond tolerance = Variance status; only an admin can re-reconcile a closed session.

Per-device PIN (4-6 digits): Settings → Quick Login; manage devices: Settings → Devices (permanent / temporary, revoke).
Automatic lock after 5 minutes of inactivity (when the PIN is active). F8 = quick logout.
Interface language: globe menu FR/EN (remembered per account). Pharmacy language (SMS, emails, patient fallback): Settings → Pharmacy → App language.

Nothing gets assigned	No box is active for the period: Settings → Route boxes (boxes + time ranges).
Patients receive nothing	SMS test mode still on? Consent + SMS box on the number checked? Patient replied STOP?
User deletion refused	They have history: Deactivate them instead (reversible).
Cannot remove a route box	It still holds deliveries today: reassign them first (route swap or take-over).
